Dear Clients,

We are investigating allegations of misconduct by an individual working with a vendor used by the DataFlow Group. In light of these allegations we terminated our relationship with the vendor in question and took immediate follow-up action to ensure the integrity of the verifications potentially affected.

We take these allegations seriously and are conducting an independent investigation. As a precautionary measure, we are auditing all the potentially affected qualification verifications. To date, no individual or organisation has been adversely affected. We will keep you informed of any developments.

We assure you that we hold ourselves and our suppliers to high standards of conduct and ethical behaviour. We pride ourselves on our marketplace reputation, operational rigour and integrity. We are a customer-centric organisation and aim to be transparent with our stakeholders.

We will not stray from our commitment to protect communities by ensuring the professionals serving them are qualified and competent.
