Per worked with Global Blue between 1988 and 2014, for the last 16 years as President and CEO, driving the expansion from a local presence in the Nordic countries to the world leader with operations in 41 countries. Per was formerly a senior manager for PwC and a Swedish State Authorized Accountant.
Chairman of Dataflow Ltd and Elevate Ltd, Per is Swedish national and Swiss national resident in Switzerland, with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Lund, Sweden.
Yousef Al Abdulla
Managing Director, MENA Investment - Arcapita
Yousif is a Managing Director and the Head of MENA Investment at Arcapita. He is responsible for the origination, structuring and management of private equity Investments in the region. Previously, he spent 18 years originating, structuring, analyzing, monitoring and closing transactions in the real estate, private equity and asset-backed security sectors at various financial institutions including Al Salam Bank – Bahrain, Capital Management House and Gulf Finance House. Yousif is a CFA charterholder and a Fulbright Grantee, obtaining his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, USA and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Ottawa, Canada.

As the CEO of DataFlow Group since 2015, Sunil draws on over 30 years of global management experience across the manufacturing and professional services industry. A results-driven seasoned executive, he previously held COO and CFO roles with Deutsche Bank, Genpact, and GE.
Sunil is a certified management accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Corporate Law. With his extensive background spanning operations, finance, cross-cultural team management, and strategic partnerships, Sunil brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
Under Sunil’s leadership, DataFlow has undergone a transformative journey, evolving into a product-first, technology-led, and customer-centric organization, enabling global mobility.
Waleed Abdulaziz
Director, MENA Private Equity - Arcapita
Waleed is a Director in the MENA Private Equity team. Prior to his current role, Waleed gained more than seven years of experience in roles spanning private equity, M&A advisory, and management consulting. Previously, he worked with the corporate investments team at Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company, the sovereign wealth fund of Bahrain. Prior to that, Waleed worked within the advisory practices of PriceWaterhouseCoopers and KPMG where he worked with regional clients on M&A, strategy, restructuring, and business valuations. Waleed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics from the University of Newcastle, UK.
